The maintenance unit has one of the following circumstances，The city, district or county special equipment safety supervision and management department shall order correction within a time limit;If it is not changed within the time limit，A fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed:
(One)Violation of the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 29 of these Measures，Before starting a business，Failure to report the relevant information to the special equipment safety supervision and management department for the record, or failure to file the change information;
(Two)Violation of the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 32 of these Measures，Failure to establish a safety management system or a maintenance plan;
(Three)Violation of the provisions of Article 32, Item 2 of these Measures，Not in a prominent position in the elevator car，Indicate the name of the unit、Emergency rescue phone number and complaint phone number;
(Four)Violation of the provisions of Article 32, Paragraph 3 of these Measures，Failure to publish the latest maintenance information in the elevator car or at the entrance and exit of the residential community;
