4.For some pipelines that are not used in normal production。Due to long-term inactivity，There may be stagnant water in the dead spot and freeze，Once you want to use，It will cause a blockage，and affect production。on such pipelines before the onset of winter，After the pipeline is dredged and replaced with the appropriate flow rate，Close the valve in question，Stay on standby。

9.When purging freeze-plugging pipelines，Purge the elbow with steam。
10.Pay attention to the enhanced dehydration of natural gas pipelines，so that liquids are not brought into the boiler。Check the natural gas line to prevent the crystal structure caused by freezing。
11.Strengthen inspections and check the temperature at each point。
12.Raw water pipelines should be avoided from being shut down，Maintain a long flow of water。
