8月26日上午，新修订的《中华人民共和国药品管理法》经十三届全国人大常委会第十二次会议表决通过，将于2019年12月1日起施行，确认取消GMP/GSP认证发证。

浙江成为第一个公告12月1日后不再进行GMP、GSP认证的省份。　　GMP、GSP认证彻底退出历史舞台，取而代之的将是更严格的常规检查。

2019 year 8 month 26 day，新修订的《中华人民共和国药品管理法》经十三届全国人大常委会第十二次会议表决通过，Will be 2019 year 12 month 1 日起施行。根据新修订的《中华人民共和国药品管理法》，Studyed，浙江省药监局将药品GMP、GSP认证工作有关事项公告如下：
One、self 2019 year 12 month 1 日起，不再受理药品GMP、GSP认证相关事项。
Two、2019 year 12 month 1 Recently，根据《关于印发药品生产质量管理规范认证管理办法的通知》（国食药监安〔2011〕365 号），已取得《药品 GMP 证书》的药品生产企业，其相应证书有效期届满前6个月的(证书有效期在 2020 year 6 month 1 Recently)，企业可申请药品GMP认证。企业申请后应能随时接受认证现杨检查。
Three、已取得《药品 GMP 证书》的药品生产企业，其证书有效期在 2020 year 6 month 1 日后的，浙江省药监局局从 2019 year 10 month 20 日起，不再受理药品 GMP 认证相关事项。新建改建车间或有重大变更的，可 在12 月1日前申请认证。
Four、已取得《药品 GSP 证书》的药品经营企业，其证书有效期在2020年6 月1日后的，从2019年10月20日起，不再受理药品GSP认证相关事项。
