为进一步优化检测认证资源配置，便利企业获得认证，国家认监委决定开展一批强制性产品认证实验室指定工作。The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows：
One、指定原则和需求
按照公正公开、择优使用的原则，拟指定电线电缆、家用和类似用途设备、Car、摩托车、电动自行车等产品领域实验室26家次，指定需求详见附件。
Two、指定条件
申请指定的实验室，应当符合《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》《强制性产品认证机构和实验室管理办法》《国家认监委关于调整从事强制性产品认证以及相关活动的认证机构、Inspection Agency、实验室指定行政审批要求的公告》中明确的有关条件。
Three、工作安排
（一）有接受指定意愿的实验室，请于2025年10月31日17：00前在线填报并提交申请材料（网址：http://cccxzsp.cnca.cn/aasp）。
（二）实验室应当确保提交的申请材料真实、effective。如发现存在虚假、瞒报等情况，一律取消指定资格。
