根据《国务院办公厅关于建立统一的绿色产品标准、authentication、标识体系的意见》（国办发〔2016〕86号）和《市场监管总局关于发布绿色产品评价标准清单及认证目录（第五批）的公告》（市场监管总局公告2025年第9号），国家认监委制定了照明产品、物流周转箱、dye、装饰装修用预拌砂浆、石材、耐火材料、计算机、打印机及多功能一体机、墙体材料等9个绿色产品认证实施规则；对卫生陶瓷、furniture、绝热材料、木塑制品、纺织产品、纸和纸制品、陶瓷砖（板）等7个绿色产品认证实施规则进行了修订，It is hereby announced。卫生陶瓷等7个绿色产品的旧版认证实施规则即日起废止。
获批开展上述绿色产品认证工作的认证机构应按照新版规则实施认证及颁发证书。此前已经颁发的有效认证证书可继续使用，认证证书转换工作采取到期换证、产品变更、标准换版等自然过渡的方式完成。
