recently，海关从厄瓜多尔Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila S.A.（注册编号24887）、Empacreci S.A.（注册编号681）、Empacadora Del Pacifico Sociedad Anonima Edpacif S.A.（注册编号654）3家企业进口冻虾的集装箱内壁和外包装样本中检出新冠病毒核酸阳性6个，虾体和内包装样本检测结果均为阴性。经核酸序列分析并经专家研判，检测结果提示3家企业产品的集装箱环境、货物外包装存在被新冠病毒污染的风险，企业的食品安全管理制度落实不到位。为了消除风险隐患，保障人民群众身体健康，根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例，以及海关相关规章的规定，现公告如下：One、暂停上述3家企业在华注册资格。Two、暂停上述3家企业的产品进口，暂停受理3家企业产品的进口申报。Three、进口商应立即对上述3家企业3月12日以后生产的冻虾进行召回，对海关暂扣的上述3家企业3月12日以后生产的冻虾实施退货、销毁等处理，并向进口地海关提供货物的进口和销售记录。拒不执行的，由海关依照《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例，以及海关相关规章的规定对其进行处理。This announcement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation。The announcement is hereby made。Customs 2020July 10
