One、Work tasks
in the chemical industry、machine、metal、Optoelectronic devices、5 industries such as information technology，Choose small and micro enterprises with a strong willingness to improve quality management (about 50 companies)，The scientificity and operability of the 16 quality management system construction guidelines and certification audit guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "guidelines") drafted in the early stage were verified；Verified，The Guidelines have been revised and improved；Compile good cases of quality management for small and micro enterprises。
Two、Organizational mechanisms
1.牵头单位。本项工作由认监委统一组织，中国合格评定国家认可中心和中国船级社质量认证公司作为牵头单位，负责具体组织实施。如果是地方特定区域（根据地方需求，省市县均可）的小微企业集中开展验证工作，则牵头单位应与地方相关单位协商具体组织机制。

3. 3. April-May 2020，The certification body conducts audit and evaluation of the effectiveness of the enterprise's quality management system，Relevant units organize the review and approval of the "Guidelines"。
4. June 2020，Organize the evaluation of the improvement effect of quality management of small and micro enterprises and the verification of the Guidelines。
Four、Recommended methods for small and micro enterprises
Certification bodies that participated in the research on the quality status of small and micro enterprises in 5 industries in the early stage，It can be recommended for small and micro enterprises。In order to further play the supporting role of certification in local quality improvement，Certification bodies are encouraged to take the initiative to connect with relevant places，Co-recommend verification companies。The recommendation of small and micro enterprises should meet the following basic conditions：
1. It belongs to the chemical industry、metal、machine、Optoelectronic devices、Small and micro enterprises in 5 industries such as information technology；
2. The main person in charge of the enterprise has a strong willingness to improve quality，It is hoped that through the establishment and improvement of the ISO9001 quality management system，Realize the continuous improvement of the quality management level of the enterprise；
3.企业主要负责人愿意投入必要资源（如人员调配、时间精力、制度安排等）开展相关工作，并指定专人具体负责，积极参与《指南》与优良案例编写、经验交流等工作；
4.企业处于正常生产运营状态，具备质量管理体系建设的基本条件。
对前期参与质量现状调研的企业，将优先考虑。
Five、小微企业推荐数量
如果是认证机构自行推荐，每家认证机构最多可在拟参与验证行业推荐2家小微企业；如果认证机构联合特定区域（根据地方产业分布特点，省市县均可）集中推荐，In principle, there are no more than 20 in each region。
