2、扩项申请：申请人、制造商、生产厂已有获证产品，新增同类产品的认证申请。concentrate：同类产品是指相同工厂界定码范围内的产品。
3、扩类申请：申请人、制造商、生产厂已有获证产品，新增不同类产品的认证申请。concentrate：不同类产品是指不同工厂界定码范围内的产品。
4、ODM模式申请：以ODM模式进行的申请。ODM模式，即ODM生产厂依据与制造商的相关协议等文件，为制造商设计、processing、生产产品的委托生产制造模式。
5、变更申请：持证人针对证书信息、组织机构和可能影响产品一致性等的变更提出的申请。
6、复审申请：在证书有效期即将到期前，持证人如需继续持证，针对获证产品提出的再次申请。concentrate：复审申请应在证书到期前提交，并在证书到期前发新证书，否则视为新申请。
7、非常规工厂检查：因检测周期较长或其他原因，企业提出申请并经认证机构批准，在申请认证产品形式试验尚未完成的情况下进行的工厂检查。
