申请方应在认证审核前提交下列材料
1、组织简介;
2、认证申请书;
3、法律地位的证明文件(as：License)的复印件;
4、监测报告及《申请认证组织应执行的污染物排放标准》;
5、地理位置示意图;
6、区域平面示意图;
7、主要工艺流程及污染物产出示意图;
8、”环评”批复，”三同时”验收报告(表);
10、环境管理体系概述，include：体系覆盖范围、体系运行时间、运行成效、内审及管理评审时间等(打印件)。
ISO14001认证环境管理体系认证最低限价：
根据申请认证组织环境因素复杂程度的不同，按高复杂程度、中等复杂程度和低复杂程度(含有限复杂程度)，
分别设定最低限价：
员工人数在30人以下，初审最低限价分别为16000元、14000Yuan、12000Yuan;
员工人数在31-100人，初审最低限价分别为25000元、23000Yuan、21000Yuan;
员工人数在101-275人，初审最低限价分别为30000元、28000Yuan、26000Yuan;
员工人数在276-500人，初审最低限价分别为38000元、36000Yuan、34000Yuan;
员工人数在501-875人，初审最低限价分别为46000元、43000Yuan、40000Yuan;
员工人数在876-1550人，初审最低限价分别为54000元、51000Yuan、48000Yuan;
员工人数在1551-2000人，初审最低限价分别为62000元、59000Yuan、56000Yuan;
员工人数在2001人以上时，每增加一个审核人日，认证收费最少增加2400元。
