Two、For the elevators that have passed the supervision and inspection before the implementation of the new version of the inspection regulations，or an elevator added to an existing building，Such as due to building structure and other reasons，It is difficult to rectify the requirements of item 8.7(2) in Annex A，The user unit shall take feasible measures，Ensure that rescuers can open the doors and windows leading to the elevator service landing by key or compulsory means，Arrive at the service floor where the rescue is carried out in a timely manner，And carry out emergency rescue drills in accordance with regulations。The rescue measures involve the interests of the relevant owners，The consent of the relevant owner should be obtained。The user unit shall provide materials that meet the above requirements，The inspection agency can determine that the item meets the requirements。
Three、The inspected elevator originally met the requirements of 8.7 (2) in Annex A of the new version of the inspection regulations，The access to the service landing is artificially sealed，It must be rectified to meet the requirements。
