Three、申报要求
1.申报单位
认证认可检验检测从业机构及科研院所、Tertiary institutions、Government agencies, administrative units and other relevant institutions can apply，The project application unit should absorb domestic advantageous units such as industry, university and research to participate。Encourage young science and technology backbones to serve as project leaders。
2.项目经费
项目经费以申报单位自筹为主，Supplemented by subsidies from CNCA，In principle, the ratio of self-raised funds to subsidized funds should not be less than 5:1。According to the content of the project，The CNCA subsidy for each project is 2-40,000 yuan。
3.申报流程
项目申报单位填写《国家认监委认证认可科技支撑计划项目建议书》（格式见附件）一式三份并签字、After stamping (one original，Others can be copied)，Submit to the designated address before April 2, 2018 (late application will not be accepted) (EMS is recommended)，At the same time, the electronic version will be sent to the designated mailbox。
