2021February 19，香港商务及经济发展局(CEDB) 通过了提案, 批准更新了《玩具和儿童产品安全条例》 (第424章) 下附表1和2所列的玩具和儿童产品的某些相关安全标准，纳入了国际安全标准的最新版本。
新版的《玩具和儿童产品安全条例》将于2021年10月1日生效。
